Terms and conditions
11. Services Overview

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by L. Augusto Rozo ("Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us") to clients ("Client", "you", or "your").
1.2. Services include career and personal branding coaching as outlined in the purchased package and delivered through scheduled sessions, communications, and related materials.
2. Payment and Commencement
2.1. Full payment is required in advance to secure your coaching package in all cases.
2.2. All fees are non-refundable once paid.
2.3. Coaching programs will commence within four (4) weeks of payment receipt.
2.4. Package validity starts from the date of first scheduled session, regardless of whether the session takes place.
3. Program duration and engagement
3.1. Clients must remain actively engaged throughout the professional relationship.
3.2. If a client becomes
unresponsive or fails to schedule sessions for a period exceeding two (2) months:
The package will be considered delivered in full
No refunds will be issued
The professional relationship will be considered complete
3.3. Rescheduling Policy:
24-hour notice is required for session rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows count as completed sessions
Maximum of two (2) reschedules per package permitted
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients are responsible for:
Scheduling sessions within the program timeframe
Attending sessions punctually
Completing agreed-upon actions between sessions
Maintaining professional and respectful communication
Providing accurate information relevant to the coaching relationship
4.2. Success in the program requires active participation and implementation of discussed strategies.
5. Results and Expectations
5.1. While we are committed to providing high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
5.2. Results depend significantly on the client's:
Level of engagement
Implementation of strategies
Market conditions
External factors beyond our control
5.3. The Service Provider commits to:
Providing professional marketing and career related services
Maintaining confidentiality
Offering objective feedback
Supporting client growth and development
6. Confidentiality
6.1. All session content and client information will be kept confidential except:
Where required by law
With written client permission
If there is risk of harm to self or others
6.2. Clients may share their own experiences but should maintain confidentiality regarding other participants in group settings, if any.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All materials, methodologies, and content provided during work sessions remain the property of the Service Provider.
7.2. Materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
8.Communication
8.1. Primary communication will be through:
Scheduled coaching sessions
Email for administrative matters
Agreed-upon platforms for session delivery
8.2. Response times:
Business hours: Within 24 hours
Weekends/holidays: Next business day
9. Termination
9.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services if:
  Client violates these Terms
  Professional boundaries are crossed
  The professional relationship becomes ineffective
9.2. No refunds will be issued upon termination.10. Liability
10.1. The Service Prrovider´s liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10.2. Clients acknowledge that decisions and actions taken based on the Service Provider's advice are their own responsibility.
11. Amendments
11.1. These Terms may be updated with 30 days' notice to active clients.
11.2. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
By purchasing and/or participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
